Warranty & Return Policy

In this policy, “you” or “your” refers to a Customer, and “we”, “us” or “our” refers to OZZY ONLINE EC PTY LTD (ACN 658 066 098), as trustee for the GGN Suvarna Family Trust, operating the SwayFit website and brand.

Warranty, Returns & Refunds

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Our Goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or compensation if Goods are faulty, damaged, unsafe, or do not match their description. The following policy explains how warranty claims and change-of-mind requests are handled.

Warranty for Damaged, Faulty Goods or Missing Parts

  1. You must submit a warranty claim using the Warranty Claim / Returns Form.
  2. Once your claim is received, we will assess it on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our obligations under the ACL. Depending on the nature of the fault or damage, we may:
    1. send missing parts (if applicable);
    2. provide repair instructions where appropriate;
    3. repair or replace the product (subject to availability);
    4. offer an exchange for an alternative product of similar value; or
    5. offer a partial or full refund where required under the ACL.
  3. You must provide clear photos or videos showing the issue. Images must be of sufficient quality to allow assessment. Low-resolution or “thumbnail” images may not be adequate for proper investigation.
  4. Do not dispose of any item before your claim is finalised. Under the ACL, we may require the item to be inspected. If the item is disposed of before assessment can occur, we may be unable to offer a remedy.
  5. Please do not return any item unless instructed. If a return is required, we will provide a prepaid return label. If you return a product without authorisation or without using our label, you may be responsible for shipping costs.
  6. For missing parts, once the claim is validated, we will dispatch replacement parts as soon as practicable (subject to supplier availability).

Size Disclaimer – Responsibility for Size Selection

We strongly recommend that you refer to our size guide and product measurements carefully before placing your order. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size based on the information provided on the product page.

Because many of our products are garments and may involve hygiene or close contact with skin, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size or change-of-mind, unless required under the Australian Consumer Law.

If, however, the item is faulty, damaged, or significantly different from its description or sample, you are still entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with the ACL. This Size Disclaimer does not limit any of your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Change-of-Mind Request Procedure

Change-of-mind returns are not required under the ACL and are offered at our discretion. Where a change-of-mind request is accepted, the following conditions apply:

  1. You must submit a Change-of-Mind Request using the Warranty Claim / Returns Form. Do not return any item until your request has been reviewed and approved by our team.
  2. Unless otherwise stated in writing, items approved for a change-of-mind return must be:
    • unworn, unused, unwashed and in original, saleable condition;
    • with all original tags, hygiene stickers and packaging intact; and
    • returned within the timeframe specified in our approval email.
  3. If a change-of-mind request is accepted, and depending on whether a return label is provided, your refund will generally be calculated as:

    Refund = item price + original shipping fee − return postage costs − 25% restocking fee

    The restocking fee helps cover inspection, repackaging and administrative handling of the returned goods.
  4. Items returned without prior approval, outside the specified timeframe, or not meeting the conditions above may be rejected and returned to you at your expense.

Product Assembly Service

Couriers will not unpack, assemble or install items on delivery. We do not provide product assembly services. Any assembly or installation is your responsibility unless otherwise expressly stated on the product page.
